The General Terms and Conditions of the Nino's Truffles online store, owned by Nino's s.p., are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), with the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for e-commerce.

The buyer is bound by the general conditions that are valid at the time of purchase (placing an online order).

The provider undertakes to always provide the buyer with the following information:

  • contact information that enables the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (e-mail address),

  • essential characteristics of the goods or services (including sales services and guarantees),

  • availability of products (any product or service offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time),

  • conditions of delivery of the product or execution of the service (method, place and deadline of delivery),

  • all prices are clearly and unambiguously set (it must be clear whether they already include taxes and transport costs),

  • method of payment and delivery,

  • time validity of the offer,

  • the period within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal (including if and how much the return of the product costs the buyer),

Order and prices:

 

The purchase contract between Nino's s.p. and it is concluded for customers in the Nino's Truffles online store at the moment when Nino's Truffles sends the customer the first e-mail confirming his order. From that moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both Nino’s Truffles and the buyer. The sales contract (i.e. the first electronic order status message) is stored electronically on Nino’s Truffles server and is available to consumers upon their written request.

Shipping and delivery:

 

Due to the sensitivity and freshness of the products, we only send our packages by personal courier.

Delivery arrives within 24/72 hours, depending on the destination and the time the order is shipped.

We ship worldwide.

  • with payment or credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, BA Maestro).

Shipping costs vary depending on individual locations and type of service (express shipping).

They are visible before completing the purchase.

Guarantee:

 

Items are securely packed and refrigerated if necessary. This ensures the delivery of fresh, undamaged products / truffles.

Invoice issuance:

When paying for the ordered items, Nino's Truffles sends an invoice to the customer in pdf format to the customer's e-mail address. On Invoice are itemized price and all costs relating to the purchase.

Disclaimer:

​

Nino's Truffles does its best to ensure that the information published in the online store is up-to-date and correct. In the event that the characteristics of the products, their availability and price change before Nino's Truffles corrects the information on the website, Nino's Truffles will notify the customer of the changes and allow him to cancel the order or replace the ordered product. Nino's Truffles strives to provide accurate photographs of the products on sale, however, all photographs should be taken as symbolic. The photos do not guarantee the properties of the product.

The consumer's right to withdraw from the contract:

 

In the case of distance contracts, the consumer has the right to notify the company within 14 days of the e-mail address office@ninostruffles.com that he is withdrawing from the contract, without having to state the reason for his decision.

 

The consumer must return the goods to the company no later than 14 days after the notification of withdrawal from the order. The consumer returns the goods to the address: Nino's s.p., Gosposvetska cesta 26, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia. The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal from the order is the direct cost of returning the goods.

 

Consumer must return the item to the seller undamaged, in the original packaging and in the same quantity, unless the item is destroyed, damaged, lost or its quantity has decreased without the consumer's fault.

 

When returning the goods, the consumer also sends an invoice for the goods and personal data and a transaction account to which he wishes to receive the returned payment. We will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving notice of withdrawal from the contract.

Refund does not apply to FRESH TRUFFLES. In case of problems with FRESH TRUFFLES, please contact office@ninostruffles.com. We will be happy to help you.

Nino's Truffles online store and all data on it, images, texts and other are protected by copyright and may not be copied or transmitted without consent.

Complaints and disputes:

​

The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation. 

Complaints can be sent by e-mail to office@ninostruffles.com or by regular mail to: Nino's s.p., Gosposvetska cesta 26, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia. 

 

The provider will confirm within five working days that it has received the complaint, inform the user how long it will take to process it, and keep him informed about the progress of the procedure.

 

The provider strives to the best of its ability to resolve any disputes amicably.

 

Slovenian legislation applies to all these conditions. The language used is Slovenian.In the event of disputes between the owner and users of the website and if a translation into other languages is performed, interpretative doubts will be resolved on the basis of the Slovenian version and on the basis of Slovenian jurisdiction.
